Bystronic ByStar 4025-80, built in 2006.

This is one of the largest machines Bystronic has ever made, with a cutting area of 8000x2500mm!
This enables you to cut large parts in one single piece without having to connect them with welding or other processes.

It also enables you to make more efficient use of both the laser and the sheets, you can use the additional space on the sheets to cut a large amount of parts in one go!

The machine has a 4.5kW CO2 laser source, of which the resonator has been refurbished fully in January, 2015.
A refurbishment of the glass has been fulfilled in December, 2016 and a rebuild of the PC has been completed recently in May, 2019.

The machine has had its annual maintenance by Bystronic engineers.

The running hours of the machine are as follows:
